What formula does molarity use?

What do molarity results mean?

Why can prepared molarity differ from the calculation?

Temperature, volumetric-glassware tolerance, solute purity, hydration state, incomplete transfer, and using solvent volume instead of final solution volume can change the realized concentration. Activities may also differ from numerical concentration in non-ideal solutions.
