Online Calculator Tools is designed to let visitors use calculators without creating an account. Calculator inputs are generally processed in the browser by the page's JavaScript. We do not ask users to submit calculator values to us as part of normal calculator use.

If you use our contact form, your name, email address, selected topic and message are submitted directly to our website server and processed by our hosting and email infrastructure to deliver your message to contact@onlinecalculatortools.com. The form does not open your email application. If you email us directly, the information you choose to include, including any attachments, is processed by your email provider and ours so the message can be delivered and answered.

Our contact-form handler does not save message content to a website database; submitted messages are sent to our contact inbox. For spam prevention, the handler uses a temporary rate-limit record containing a hashed IP-based identifier and the time of the last successful send. Hosting and email providers may also process technical logs and delivered messages as part of operating their services.

Calculator inputs and browser storage

Our standard calculator pages are designed to perform calculations in your browser. The site may use browser storage for limited preferences such as remembering whether you selected the light or dark theme.

Browser storage is controlled by your browser and can generally be cleared through browser privacy or site-data settings. Calculator-specific pages may describe additional behavior when a feature needs to save a local preference or downloaded result.

Technical and hosting information
