This calculator helps with course-load and degree-progress planning. It totals credits in the courses you plan to take, adds them to credits already completed, compares the result with a program requirement, and estimates how many future terms might remain at a selected credit load.

How degree progress is estimated
Progress is calculated from credits completed after the planned courses divided by the degree-credit requirement you enter. The result is limited to 100% even if your transcript contains credits beyond the program minimum.

Estimated future terms
Remaining credits are divided by the future credits-per-term value and rounded up to the next whole term. This is only a planning estimate because course availability, prerequisites, residency requirements, internships, sequencing and program-specific requirements can affect the actual timeline.

Credits are not the same as requirements
Meeting a total credit number does not necessarily mean every graduation requirement is satisfied. Degree programs often require specific general-education, major, upper-level, residency or capstone credits. Use your degree audit or advisor for official progress.
